An update on shipping:
As the current worldwide situation continues to impact our communities, we may experience some delays beyond normal and beyond our control in getting your packages out to you within our normal estimated timelines. Please refer to the carrier with your tracking number for updates as well once your order has shipped. The shipping carriers are also being delayed and tracking is not updating normally. Due to extremely high volume, production and shipping delays, and the current global pandemic, our current average turnaround time is around 15-25 business days till shipping. Thank you for your patience in these challenging times.

Q: What are your shipping times?

Please note: Sometimes delivery delays due to bad weather conditions,  Holiday and current world events, that orders may slow production and postal carriers down and is beyond our control.

In addition to our US merchant partners, Royal Crown Pro also partners with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience. This means that sometimes your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-3 weeks to arrive, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.. We will provide tracking numbers as soon as we update your order as shipped.

Q: How Do You Handle Returns Or Exchanges?

Q: You Made A Mistake On My Order Or The Item Arrived Damaged.

A: We are very sorry. It doesn’t happen often, but nobody’s perfect. Contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you contact us with-in 3-days of delivery and send us a photo of the error or damage so we can 1.) verify your claim and 2.) contact you to correct it. 

Q: What If A Package Was Returned To Sender?  

A: In the event that your package was returned to sender due to a bad address or missed pickup or attempted delivery missed and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for the full re-shipping fee after it has made it back to the origin address. No refunds will be given for missed delivery attempts or bad addresses.

Q: What If A Package Was Marked As Delivered But I didn't Get It?

Please check with family members or neighbors and then your postal service for the carrier used in shipping your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as delivered on the order tracking to the address listed on the order. No refunds will be given for any order that shows as delivered on order tracking. Most times a family member has taken it inside or the shipping carrier has on hold if they feel the area unsafe to leave the package. Always use a trusted address that is less likely to have the package stolen.  

CANCELING YOUR ORDER AFTER PURCHASE
Since all of our products are custom made to order, our policy is that a customer will not receive a refund if the order is canceled after 2 hours of purchase. Once an order is submitted to our supplier we are billed for the product purchase in the same manner the customer was billed when purchased from us. We incur the cost of purchasing the product and as such are unable to honor a refund request. We can still cancel an order if you do not want it, however, you will not be reimbursed.

We do not accept returns for a refund. If you order the wrong size or style or if you just don't like the item, you can return for a store credit towards a different item. You must pay for the return shipping and the store credit amount does not include the original shipping, only the purchase price. We will process the store credit once we receive the tracking number for the return. Please note, our products are custom made to order to match the specific size and design of each customers order, thus we cannot accept returns for a refund and offer exchanges or store credit only.
