Returns:

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on products that were correctly printed and delivered.

We do not accept returns for a refund. Please pre-measure the space where you plan to hang your canvas to make sure it is the correct fit. If you order the wrong style, size or if you just don't like the item, you can return for a store credit towards a different item. You must pay for the return shipping and the store credit amount does not include the original shipping, only the purchase price. We will process the store credit once we receive the item back to our approved return address only. Please note, our products are custom made to order to match the specific size and design of each customers order, thus we cannot accept returns for refund and offer exchanges or store credit only. In certain circumstances, if a refund is approved outside of the policy the return must be in original packaging and unused. After your return is received and inspected, a restocking fee will apply to be no more than thirty percent. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your canvas and send back with-in 7 days. An approved return must only be returned back to the return address we provide. 

Damaged or flawed items: In the event the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us right away and we will inspect the proof of the damage and provide a replacement. Replacements will be issued as soon as possible. Refunds are not provided for items that may arrive damaged, replacements are issued only. If a return is deemed for any other reason, the item must be shipped back to our approved provided return address. The customer must pay for the return shipping and will fall under our above return policy.  

Please Do Not send your purchase back to the manufacturer listed on the shipping label. Authorization is first needed and to be sent back only to the approved return address provided from contacting us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Shipping box unusable
  • Items need repackaging and re-stocked
  • Items in non-restockable condition 

Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations 2 hours after an order is placed.
